March is National Athletic Training Month! Every Monday during March we will be Posting a Workout of the Week (W.O.W) video that you can do at home! These work outs are easy to do and only take 5-10 minutes and help your child build strength, endurance, and flexibility. These work outs can be done 2-3 times a week. If you don’t have a mat at home you can use a small stool, low chair, couch cushion, or pillow!
