We are so excited to have these great families join Arrow Athletics members! The Fight Shop will be at a seperate location from Arrow Athletics. 2715 Bells Hwy. You can be assured that all of the staff and classes will continue in the same way that you are used to.
Bag Boxing: Our Bag Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. The perfect class to get shredded! Bag Boxing will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. You’re sure to burn hundreds of calories all while building a rock solid core. Equipment required – boxing gloves and hand wraps.
Bag Kickboxing: Our Bag Kickboxing class teaches basic Muay Thai and kickboxing skills and combinations, designed to be the perfect total body workout and fastest way to the toned fighter physique you seek. Bag kickboxing will include cardio calisthenics, bag work, punch – kick – knee & elbow strikes, partner drills, and core strengthening exercises. You’re sure to burn hundreds of calories all while building a rock solid core.Equipment required – boxing gloves and hand wraps.
Kids Group Class: Our kids program teaches basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing and kickboxing skills, technique, and coordination to kids ages 6 to 12. These values will give kids a jump start in to combat sports as well as self defense. The group kid’s class will create muscular strength, cardio endurance, and improve core strength. A basic class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, drills, situation drills, competition technique, pad work, and usually ends with something fun to give the kids something to look forward to after all the hard work. Equipment required – boxing gloves, hand wraps, mouth guard, head gear, shin guards, Bjj Gi.
Dynamic Fit: Dynamic Fit is a high-intensity interval training boot camp style class designed to consistently shock your system and deliver results. The focus is on safe technique and physiological function improving your overall strength and athletic ability. Each class is a unique combination of workouts guaranteed to challenge you. Be prepared to work through speed, agility, quickness, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, plyo boxes, kettle balls, and free weights. No equipment required.
Advanced Muay Thai: This class is designed to teach and practice both offensive and defensive counter techniques and drills. Whether you are prepping for competition, learning about self defense or just want to get a massive cardio burn, join us to learn more about Advanced Muay Thai. Equipment required – boxing gloves, hand wraps, head gear, mouth guard, and shin pads
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Members will learn basic techniques and practical self defense skills. The class will focus on fundamental as well as advanced takedowns, position controls, position escapes, and submissions. Equipment required – Gi, rash guard, and mouth guard.
Bujinkan Ninjutsu: A traditional Japanese martial art. We incorporate strikes, pressure points, joint locks, throws, sub-mission holds, and traditional Japanese weapons. This is a non-competitive combat based martial art for ages 13 and up.
