Nicole Glancy

Special Events, Cheer Team, and Gymnastics Team Coordinator
Nicole Glancy

Nicole has been involved in the cheer, gymnastics, and hip-hop specialties as a competitor since childhood and has coached for over 17 years. She graduated from the University of Florida where she was a Gator cheerleader. Nicole graduated with her early childhood degree and has applied that in every aspect of her life. She is also very involved in SoulQuest Church as a part of the worship team and dinner groups. She is a mother of 1, stepmother of 3 and wife to her husband Jason Glancy. In 2013 they moved from Cincinnati, Ohio and made Jackson, TN their new home. In her free time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family & friends on the river.

Christina Parks

Lead Office Coordinator

Christina Parks is the first smiling face you see at the front desk when you enter Arrow Athletics.  She is so gifted in organization, and serving people.  Christina is our Lead Office Member.  Her greatest joy is our Lord and her family.  She and her husband, Dall, have two children, Aubrey and Morgan, who also are members of the Arrow staff team.  Christina lives just outside of Madison County and annually travels out West on a mission trip. We are blessed to have her on the Arrow Team.  

Anthony "AJ" Jones

Anthony “AJ” is Arrow Athletics’ Fightshop Coordinator. He is the head coach of our Brazilian Ju Jitsu program and Hub City MMA team. AJ has over 13 years of experience competing and coaching in MMA, boxing, and Jiu Jitsu. He was born and raised in Memphis TN, where he returned to train for many years under UFC Coach, Brian Hall. Outside of martial arts AJ is also the Minister of Music at his church, The Hope Center. He and his wife, Jessica, share two sons, Samson, and Elliot.

Amanda Scott

Dance program coordinator

Amanda is from Port Saint Lucie, Florida. She has received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis in Dance. She has directed and taught in other countries such as Turkey and Germany while her husband served in the United States Air Force. While living in Charleston South Carolina she picked up the athletic sport of aerial arts in aerial silks and aerial hoop. She has been instructing dance for 16 years and aerial silks for 3 years. Amanda also enjoys spending time with her fur babies.
