Adult Judo
The Arrow Athletics Adult Judo Program is designed to provide adults and teens the opportunity to learn the art of Judo. Judo is an ideal art to teach self-defense and is perhaps the most practiced martial art worldwide. While we train primarily for the self-defense aspects of Judo, there will be opportunities for competition for those that wish to compete. Arrow Judo for adults focuses on providing a place where athletes can safely practice proven self-defense arts that have applications in day-to-day life as well as on the mat. Our program is well rounded and our athletes train from standing up to the ground and potentially back to standing again. Our adult program is very attuned to what each adult needs in his martial arts pursuit. We tailor the program to suit individual needs whether one wants to compete or needs specific self-defense aspects. Adult BJJ
The Arrow Athletics Adult BJJ Program is designed provide adults and teens the opportunity to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. BJJ is the world’s premier ground fighting system. As with all Arrow martial arts, we train primarily for the self-defense, however, there will be opportunities for competition for those that wish to compete. Arrow BJJ is for those adults that want a martial art which will provide a good self-defense system while being less impactful on the body. We provide a place where athletes can safely practice proven self-defense skills that have application in day-to-day life as well as on the mat. Our program is well rounded; our athletes train some of the less explosive takedowns as well as ground fighting. Our adult program is very attuned to what each adult needs in his martial arts pursuit. We tailor the program to suit individual needs whether one wants to compete or needs specific self-defense aspects.
