The most fun you will ever have working out in a judgment free environment. We offer a low-impact, high-intensity workout that is great for most fitness levels. It is great for anyone with joint pain or injuries such as ankle, knee, and back issues, as well as anyone who just wants a fun new way to work out. In a 30-minute intermediate workout, you will burn as many calories as a 2-hour workout in a traditional gym.
Our Harnesses go from 90 lbs to 450 lbs. We recommend that you wear tight-fitting clothing such as leggings or yoga pants (shorts are not recommended) as well as a tee shirt or tank that is longer (crop tops are not recommended). We recommend layering your shirts and having an undershirt. Please wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle, you will probably need it. Also, we recommend not eating a large meal before class or being intoxicated, as it may cause vomiting. Consistent bouncing may cause bladder control issues, so if you have those issues, we recommend bringing a pad. There is a liability waiver at the top of the page that each customer will need to sign before their first class.
Everyone will be required to take an intro class before moving to Level 1 class.
