Arrow Athletics offers Arrowtastic Day Camps throughout the school year. We follow Gibson and Madison County School Districts schedules for school closings.  

*Snow Days are subject to change depending on the severity of the weather.

*This facility is not required to be licensed by the state as a childcare facility

Camp Information

These camps are designed for ages 4 to 12-years-old. If your child is on break from school Arrow is open. Your camper will participate in games, open gym time, dance parties, crafts, and so much more. Lunch is not provided, so please bring a packed lunch.

 

CAMP HOURS:  7:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.

PLEASE NOTE:  PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.  THERE ARE NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR UNUSED DAYS OF CAMP.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 

FAQ’s:

Q. How old can children be for Camp? 

A. Ages 4 – 12

Q. What Activities will my children be doing?

A. Children will participate a wide variety of activities, such as: trampolines, outside time, tumble track, obstacle courses, group games, and much more!! Camp is fast-paced, action-packed, and FUN!!!

Q. How flexible is your camp?

A. Our camp is designed to be ultra-flexible! Register for the days that work best for you!  There is no minimum number of days required. You must book your days in advance.

Q. What if my camper is ill or our plans change? 

A.  You will not receive a credit to your account as their are no credits or refunds for camp.

Q. Can I wait to add extended care?

A. No, but you can enroll them into a class that starts at 4 pm that same day for a drop-in fee.

Q. What to Bring? 

A. Lunch and a labeled water bottle. Snacks will be provided.

Q. What to Wear?

A. Comfortable clothing, shorts/sweatpants, and/or athletic clothing.  PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING!  

Q.  How do we handle children with allergies?

A. When you register for camp, please be sure to indicate specific allergies – especially food or environmental allergies.  When you check your child into camp for the day, please mention your child’s allergies to our staff and your camper will be given a red allergy band with their specific allergy written on the band.   You are welcome to leave your child’s Epi-Pen or medication in our office, LABELED with your child’s name on it.  We are NOT a peanut-free facility; however, we will have a lunch and snack table specified to be peanut-free. We will also make sure children with peanut allergies get to sit with a friend that has a peanut-free lunch! In addition, we have the children wash their hands directly after lunch and snack in order to prevent any contact.

Q. LOST AND FOUND POLICY

A. Arrow Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label everything! Plenty of towels, lunch boxes, water bottles, jewelry, shoes, shirts, swimsuits, and more get left behind daily. Due to the sheer volume of items that get left behind, we will donate all items left behind at the end of the week.  Please make sure your child comes home with everything they bring and check the lost and found frequently. Our lost and found box is located in out pro shop area.
