Policies and Procedures

Class Enrollment Period

Start ANY time!

Tuition will be pro-rated depending on the time of starting. All tuition is based on 4 classes per month.

The membership and pro-rated tuition are due at time of registration. Class Programs are on a 12-months/yearly schedule except for Homeschool Classes which do not occur during the summer.

Cancellation policy and requirements: A written notice is required to cancel or hold a spot in a class. Must be emailed to contactus@arrowathletics.net to hold a spot in a class along with paying 1/2-month tuition for each month that the account is on hold.

Membership Fees

  • Membership fees for under Policies and information tab
    • 1 person- $59 per year
    • 2 people- $49 each person per year
    • 3 to 4 people- $39 each person per year
    • Max Family fee- $186 per year

Tuition

How to make a payment- We will accept all major credit cards, checks, or cash. You can set up an automatic draft via your credit card, debit card, or ACH draft. We will send you an invoice that you can pay in our office or online through our portal!

Cancellation policies and requirements can be found under the Class Enrollment section and the Arrow Athletics cancellation policy section. We do not prorate, refund, or credit for missed classes.

Tuition is due on the 1st of the month with $30 late fee assessed on the 21st.

Tuition Rates are based on a 4 weeks per month schedule. These rates can be found on each classes respective page. Our special events and camp pricing can be found on their respective pages as well.

 Discounts:

  • 2nd child is 10% off tuition
  • Multi-Classes is 10% off tuition
  • Military/First responder receive 10% off tuition
  • Members receive discounts on Birthday Parties, Day Camps, Kids Night Out, SummerCamp and Pro-shop. See our membership pricing above.

 Holidays & Closings

There will be no classes or make-ups for the following days:

  • Good Friday
  • Holy Saturday
  • Memorial Day (26th-30th)
  • July 4th
  • September 6 (Labor Day)
  • November 24-27 (Thanksgiving)
  • December 24 – January 1 (Christmas Eve-New Years Day)

 Class Trial Policy

We do not offer trial classes, however, if for some reason, you are not pleased with your first class, we will offer a money back guarantee.  You must notify the front desk BEFORE second class. 

Arrow Athletics Make-up Policy

Any missed class is eligible to be made up if it is not on a day the gym is closed, such as for holidays. Make-ups have an expiration date of 60 days past the original missed class. Must be a member to be eligible for make-ups.

 Arrow Athletics Cancellation Policy

Request to drop your class/classes must be made with written notification via email. Requests via phone or through your coach will NOT be honored. Your child will remain enrolled in their class/classes and you will continue to be charged for that class until you provide WRITTEN NOTIFICATION.

Requests to drop a class received between the 1st and 15th of the month will be effective at the end of the current month. Requests to drop a class received between the 16th and 30th of the month will be effective at the end of the following month. Please note that you have agreed to and are responsible for payment for your class until we receive your written notice of cancellation regardless of if your child attends the class.

 Camp Cancellation Policy

There are no credits, transfers, or refunds for cancelled or unused camp days.

Summer Camp Change Policy

There are no credits, transfers, or refunds for cancelled or unused camp days. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit per camper. Pricing subject to change periodically.

Late and Same-Day Registration Policy

When space permits, we allow same-day registration. Members & Non-members will becharged a $10 late fee or same-day registration fee for Kids Night Out.

Lost & Found Policy

Arrow Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label everything! A great deal of towels, lunch boxes, water bottles, jewelry, shoes, shirts, swimsuits, and more get left behind daily. Due to the sheer volume of items that get left behind, we will donate all items left behind at the end of the week. Please make sure your child comes home with everything they bring and check the lost and found frequently. Our lost and found box is located in the pro-shop area.
